Sa Pa, the gem of Viet Nam

We headed up north for a long weekend. It meant a bus ride to Sai Gon, a flight to Ha Noi, then a 6 hour bus ride to Sa Pa (we took an overnight 8-hour sleeper train on the way back!). All the hours of travel were worth it to breathe in the cold air, take in the views, and meet some of the kindest people we’ve met so far. A cooking class, climbing the tallest point of SE Asia, and connecting with people over food, experiences, and good laughs made this an unforgettable weekend.
